Sustainability – Green Baloney

This is our first post and we’re wondering what are the hot buttons you’re interested in. We want to talk about sustainable building maintenance  practices and separate the baloney from what really works. I’ve found that for a green solution to “work” it has to first be cost effective. I know that’s usually the last leg of the triple bottom line, but in business dollars and cents are the first language and no one likes red ink. After that the product has to work.
