We can improve the green footprint of your building. Interested in LEED certification? Our services meet the required standards for LEED-EBOM and our total package can often contribute 14 points towards certification plus innovation points. Even if you're not certifying your building our practices will make it healthier for your team.
We clean for health first and then the environment. With the proper tools, equipment and chemicals this should result in your facility not only being healthy, but also having an attractive appearance.
Chemicals – The ionator EXP™ is virtually the only cleaning and sanitizing product in the world without chemical related health warning labels. The technology driving the ionator products has been used for decades in food processing plants, four-star restaurants, and large hotels. This technology has been miniaturized making it available for everyday use.
Where we have to use chemicals we utilize certified as “Green” through the EPA’s Designed for the Environment (DFE) program or through Green Seal. For certain chemicals where “Green” guidelines have not been established we use the safest chemical available.
Microfiber - we use microfiber rather than paper towels or cotton cleaning rags in your facility. Microfiber clothes and mops pick up more particulates and over time your facility gets cleaner because of the superior technology involved in this cleaning tool.
Indoor Air Quality – our cleaning processes will improve the indoor air quality in your facility. We emit fewer VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds) in our cleaning chemistry, we pick up more dirt with our tools (microfiber and high filtration equipment), and our proven processes leave your facility cleaner.
Consumable Supplies – we can advise or purchase for you consumable supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, trash can liners, etc.) that meet the US Green Building Council’s LEED standards.
Recycling is a natural for your cleaning vendor to do. Most cleaning companies think this mean taking the recycling container from the building to the dock or dumpster area.
Cost Savings - we'll conduct an analysis of your facility and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Waste Characterization – we’ll conduct an analysis of your waste stream and identify opportunities for improved waste diversion. We’ll also review your current waste vendors to ensure you are getting the most cost effective service.
Vendor Management – we’ve found over the years most clients want to recycle, but the hassle of managing vendors to pick up the various commodities is a disincentive. We’ll manage these vendors and help you maximize your diversion rates.
Quantified Results – we’ll establish for you a baseline diversion rate (how much of your trash is being recycled) and then report out quarterly your improvements and the cost/benefit of your recycling program.
